Star Chat is an instant messaging program for our listeners to talk with our on-air personalities and each other. However due to the COPPA Act we can only allow listeners who are 13 years of age or older to participate in our Star Chat.
If a listener who is under the age of 13 years old does wish to use Star Chat they must send written permission from their legal guardian to: WREO-FM - C/o Internet - 3226 Jefferson Road - Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.
Star Chat will not tolerate any illegal activities within any chat. Any and all illegal activity will be turned over to authorities.
Star Chat is a php and java coded program that does not have to be installed on your PC. However, you use Star Chat at your own risk of any damages to your PC, data, finances, or any other. |
